Our
Story
As educators with a wealth of experience in the neurodiversity advocacy field, we support schools to reflect on their current processes and systems to create enabling environments for neurodivergent pupils. We do this by using a whole school systems approach, diving into policies, procedures and whole school assessment and planning practices to support senior leaders to effect meaningful systemic change.
We believe it is through a whole system approach that schools can support neurodivergent pupils stay in school and thrive in mainstream environments. We use a social model of neurodivergence and support schools to navigate the necessary changes with care and consideration, empowering schools to transform to meet the needs of all pupils.
